I get an error message saying "Licence file is missing or corrupt, aborting (1)" or "Your Licence file has not been found - unable to load Renovator".

Re-apply the most recent update. If the default paths have been used during the installation, for example:

C:\Program Files\ferret applications\Renovator\

ensure the path used by the update is:

C:\Program Files\ferret applications\

or wherever the program may have originally been installed.
